Privacy Policy
This notice explains what personal information Lendbook collects, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
Key points
- We collect only what a feature needs: account details, documents you attach to an application, payout details, and transaction records.
- Customer application documents go to the selected merchant; merchant verification documents are reviewed by authorized Lendbook administrators. We never sell personal data or run ad trackers.
- A merchant sees your payment history with them. They see your Lendbook-wide track record only if you choose to share it on an application.
- Payments use Paybucks; hosting uses Neon; email uses Resend. Google is involved only if you sign in with Google.
- You can access, correct, or delete your data and complain to the National Privacy Commission. Email the DPO to start.
- Loan and payment records are kept at least 5 years as required for financial record-keeping.
