Refund and Cancellation Policy
Money moves through Lendbook in three ways: the Lendbook Verified subscription, merchant wallet top-ups and withdrawals, and loans between a merchant and a customer. Each is handled differently, so this policy covers them one at a time.
Key points
- Verified payments are manual and final once settled. Choosing to end at period close keeps the badge until the displayed date.
- Duplicate or mistaken Verified charges are refunded on request within 30 days of the charge.
- Wallet processing fees are not refundable. Failed payouts return the held amount to the wallet automatically.
- Loan repayments and paluwagan contributions are between you and the merchant; raise refunds with them first, then support.
