Key points

• Lendbook is a platform, not a lender. Every loan or paluwagan is a contract between you and the merchant named on it.
• You must be 18 or older, give accurate information, and keep your account to yourself.
• Merchants must disclose rates, fees, and penalties up front, follow Philippine lending and privacy law, and never use abusive collection.
• Payment-provider fees are shown before you confirm and are not refundable once settled.
• Your on-time and late payments form a track record. Merchants see more than their own history with you only if you choose to share it. A long-overdue payment pauses new applications until it is settled.
• Use only lawful funds. Lendbook monitors transactions for money laundering, may hold payouts, and reports to authorities where the law requires.
• Philippine law governs. Contact support first; unresolved disputes go to Philippine courts.
